Eat healthy and feel fit should be the food drive for every college student. Often wrongly perceived that eating junk food could be a better way to slim down, students tend to take large amounts of unhealthy snacks that should be avoided. Healthy food choices need to be tendered for a positive impact in a student’s life which will ultimately result in good academic results.
Instead of chips, sandwich stuffed with meat( high in fat content) and a coke wouldn’t it be better to get a whole grain meal, yogurt, fresh deli meat and a flavored water or low fat milk to make you feel the best, when you are out with your friends. Fat free dip and low calorie snacks like fruits and vegetables are the best choices when you need to nip and keep your tummy full whole day long.
Additional to all this plenty of salads that are loaded with healthy elements like raisins, cucumbers, carrots and even sunflower seeds could be much more tastier than the burgers and French fries down the buffet line. Feel healthy and when temptation crosses your way make sure that you eat in moderation!
